We offer structured vocational and livelihood training to women and youth, focusing on employability, entrepreneurship, and economic independence.
Our program includes hands-on workshops, mentoring, and certification support.
Asheray Foundation has partnered with several leading Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) such as GAIL (India) Limited, Indraprastha Gas Limited (IGL), ONGC, and BPCL, among others, to implement their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives across various locations.
Through these partnerships, the organization has reached over 7,000 beneficiaries by conducting programs in employability-linked skill development, self-defense training, legal literacy, and other life skills—all aimed at enhancing the quality of life of participants.
Additionally, soft skills sessions have played a crucial role in improving communication, confidence, and workplace readiness among beneficiaries. These activities have been primarily implemented in the rehabilitation areas of Jangpura, Bhogal, Pant Nagar, and surrounding communities, contributing significantly to local empowerment and sustainable community growth.
